Neuroscience & wellbeing
Take back control of your mind and body.
Louise's approach blends applied neuroscience, hypnotherapy and psychosensory touch into gentle, practical support, helping people manage anxiety, fear and pain, and find calm even in the hardest moments.
The approach
Gentle, evidence-based, and built around you.
Neuroscience-informed hypnotherapy
Working with the brain’s natural capacity to learn new patterns, easing anxiety and building a deeper mind and body connection.
Psychosensory touch
Her Touch Works method combines emotional and physical wellbeing through gentle, targeted, sensory-based techniques.
Personalised coaching
One-to-one and small-group coaching, plus meditations designed to help you survive, steady and thrive.

Supporting people through cancer
Help for the hardest waits.
Some of the most frightening moments in a cancer journey are the waits: for a procedure, a scan, or a result. Louise developed her While I Wait programme to support patients, their carers and communities through exactly this: the “scanxiety” and uncertainty that medicine alone can't soothe.
Through neuroscience-informed tools, psychosensory touch and compassionate coaching, she helps people manage procedural anxiety, steady their mindset, and protect their wellbeing while they wait.

Giving back
Working pro bono with Brainstrust.
Louise offers her time to Brainstrust, the UK brain tumour charity, running online group sessions and focused support for people managing scanxiety, because this kind of help should be within everyone's reach.

What she helps with
Common reasons people reach out.
Louise's wellbeing work supports, but does not replace, medical care. If you've been diagnosed with a health condition, always speak with your medical team.
